Terms of Service

The short version

Prices are in US dollars and final at checkout. You pay online. We show the delivery time on each product and tell you if an order will be late. You can return items under our Returns Policy, and we fix faulty or wrong ones. Disputes are first handled by talking to us. The full terms are below.

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and SneekUp Retail (“SneekUp”, “we”, “us”). They apply to your use of sneekup.com (the “Site”) and to every order you place. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. We currently ship to addresses in the United States. You agree to give accurate, current information and to keep your account login private. You are responsible for activity on your account, and we may suspend an account that is used for fraud or abuse.

2. Products and availability

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colors, finishes and packaging can look slightly different on your screen or from what is shown. Product pages list what is in the box. Photos are for illustration. Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, and we may discontinue a product or refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was shown by mistake, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund the full amount.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout, including any shipping, is the price you pay.
  • Where we are required to collect sales tax, it is calculated from your delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Some, such as Klarna or Affirm, are provided by third parties under their own terms, and approval is up to them. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Your payment method is charged when you place the order. If a payment is declined or flagged by fraud checks, we may cancel the order.
  • Coupon codes and welcome offers can be used within their stated terms, usually once per customer, and cannot be combined unless the offer says so.

4. Your order

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. That email confirms we received your order; it is not our acceptance of it. We accept your order when we ship it. You can ask us to change or cancel an order by emailing us as soon as possible. We can usually do this only before the order has been sent to our fulfilment partner for shipping.

5. Shipping and delivery

  • The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page and at checkout. Estimates start from the day we process your order and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs and peak seasons can add time.
  • If we cannot ship your order within the time we stated, or within 30 days of your order if we did not state a time, we will tell you, and you may cancel and receive a full refund. If you do not cancel, we will tell you the new date (see the FTC’s Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule).
  • You can follow your parcel on our Track order page.
  • Please check your shipping address before you pay. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you gave us. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge reshipping.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us. If your parcel arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us and we will put it right under our Returns Policy.
  • Some products ship from international warehouses. Import duties, fees or taxes that apply to your order are included in the checkout total or shown to you before you pay, unless we clearly tell you otherwise.

6. Returns, refunds and faulty items

Returns, refunds, exchanges and faulty or wrong items are covered by our Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under US federal or state law, including your rights when a product is defective.

7. Warranties and product use

Products are sold by us and made by third-party manufacturers. Where a manufacturer provides a warranty we will pass on the details we have. Use products as intended and follow the instructions and safety information that come with them, especially for anything electrical, heated or rechargeable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as stated in our Returns Policy, we provide the Site and products “as is” and disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, images, logos, design and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, scrape, resell or exploit it without our written permission. SneekUp and our logo are our trademarks.

9. Reviews and messages you send us

If you post a review or send us feedback, you confirm it is honest, based on your own experience and does not break the law or anyone’s rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and use it in connection with the Site and our products. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or off topic.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to break the law, commit fraud (including using someone else’s payment method), interfere with its security or operation, use bots or automated tools to scrape it or place orders, or try to gain access to accounts or systems that are not yours.

11. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third parties such as payment processors, carriers and fulfilment partners, and may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

12. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SneekUp and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these exclusions or limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity

If your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site causes us a loss or a claim from a third party, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that loss or claim, to the extent the law allows.

14. Resolving disputes

Talk to us first. If you have a problem, please email hello@sneekup.com with your order number and what went wrong. Most issues are solved quickly. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either of us may start a formal claim as described below.

Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute between you and us that we cannot resolve informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration will take place in the county where you live, or by video or phone if you prefer, and we will pay the filing and arbitrator fees beyond what you would pay to file a case in court, as the AAA rules provide. The arbitrator must follow these Terms and the law and may award the same relief a court could.

No class actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we may bring claims only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.

Opt out. You may opt out of arbitration and the class-action waiver by emailing us at hello@sneekup.com within 30 days of your first order, saying that you opt out. If you opt out, disputes will go to the courts described below.

Governing law and courts. These Terms are governed by applicable US federal law and, to the extent it applies, the law of the state where you live, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, either of us may bring it in the state or federal courts for the county where you live, and nothing here takes away protections your home state’s consumer laws give you that cannot be waived.

15. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change the Site, our products, prices and these Terms from time to time. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. For other use of the Site, changes apply when we post them, and the “Last updated” date shows when that happened. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept it.

16. Electronic communications

By placing an order you agree that we may send you notices and records about it, such as confirmations, shipping updates and these Terms, electronically, including by email and on the Site. These satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

17. General

These Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Returns Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site and your orders. If a part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, carrier or customs disruptions, outages, or government action.

18. Notice for California residents

Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: the Site is provided by SneekUp Retail, hello@sneekup.com. If you have a complaint, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
